Top location for transit, if you need to continue travel by the train. Train station is right behind the hotel.
The room was booked for my mom for two stays. First time I was on the phone with my mom during the check in becauss staff refused to speak in Russian. Receptionist was asking me for my mom email and I explained that she does not have one and that reservation was made under my email, but she kept demanding my mom email, finally we were able to check in. Then in one week I booked a room for my mom again, I called hotel directly because that day my mom cellular phone operator had outage and could not be with her on the phone, I asked receptionist to assist my mom with connecting to Wi-Fi, and was told that she is not going to do so. At the time of check in same receptionist kept demanding to provide my mom email, knowing that reservation was made under different email. I am not sure if this particular receptionist has issues with people who does not speak Estonian, but it is very rude and unprofessional behavior. If you speak Russian, you will be given racist approach and simple check in will make you feel as you are somebody who does not deserve basic respect for the money you paid to stay on the property. I would not recommend this hotel, if you can stay somewhere else.

The staff is very helpful. The location is strategic and there are many options for breakfast. It's very good for the price you pay.
I take 1 point from the score because they have the worst coffee I've tried in my life. I couldn't drink it...

I loved the kind receptionist, and the fast check-in / check-out service. Also the bed was very comfy and room temperature was excellent. The location is outstanding, parking lots available in front of the hotel.
The breakfast: many guests around but not much refills, several food items were missing. At check-in, the email with the elevator and door code never came, despite double checking email accounts, spam folders etc. The receptionist was so kind to help us out.

Position and view on old town
Price is more then competing hotels, but breakfast was just poor. All the amanities from room disappeared. Just one shampoo,.no gel or conditioner.
Soroe expensive and less appealing.

It is next to the train station so location was perfect. It was also close to old town. We slept well.
The first morning we went down to breakfast about 9 on Sunday & much of the food was gone—the yogurt & oatmeal was gone; fruit was low. Monday we went just after 7 & it was full.

The room and bed were comfortable, the lift has a view over the city, the breakfast was very well served and varied.
Two things would have made my stay much much better: The coffee machine for breakfast. First, there is only one machine, so the serving time is very long, and second, please calibrate it or clean it internally, the taste of the coffee was terrible, the last day even tasted burned.
Another small thing would be usefull too: an extra mirror in the bathroom, if you are short or try to put on contact lenses, the mirror is too high and too far!

The facility is very clean, staff is very professional. The café is a nice touch for a quick bite before heading out, and depending on your room you get a direct view of Old Town. Also having rental umbrellas in the lobby is very convenient, as is its location next to Balti Jaam.
The windows could use some cleaning as the view was a little blurry. For me personally, the bed was too soft and hurt my back, but this is a personal preference.

A. If one is staying at room facing to railway station, be sure exhaust gases from diesel train will find you soon......
B. It's only one coffee machine at breakfast time....if 20 persons coming at once, than you must wait for ever.....

Great location, spacious, comfortable room, and a good breakfast. Connected directly to a shop next to the hotel, so you don't need to go outside to access it. Very safe for children.
The use of the sauna could be included in the price.

Fair hotel with great location. Staff member were awesome to help to solve all difficulties.
When we came (by car), it seemed like the internet around the station was being jammed, and we couldn’t find the entrance using Google or Waze.
Rooms was not very clean. You may not like rooms located to station side, but city sight from room was awesome.
