This hotel does not have some small things, like a kettle in the room or tea or coffee, but usually, as I am not using them, it was not a problem. The place in the city is fantastic, there are nearby grocery stores, and Old Town is feet away. Really, it's just a few minutes away from the center. There is a big market and a lot of bars around. The bus to the airport is like 20 minutes. Really the hotel has everything that it needs without those small things. The bedsheets and everything was fresh and tidy.
When we came on the first day, we got an icy room because the rooms are in a pretty old house that is probably not well-made, or the radiators are not enough. However, the hotel resolved the issue by installing additional heating and providing extra bed sheets.

My reservation was cancelled three times because you do not accept card payments. Instead, you send a payment link by email, but I apologize, I do not read every email immediately and frankly this should not be my responsibility. If card payment is not accepted online, payment should be possible on site rather than cancelling the reservation.
When I finally arrived, I was given a room with a temperature of only 15 degrees, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised this issue at reception, I was dismissed with a smile instead of being offered any real help or solution.
Considering the price, the overall experience was very poor and absolutely not worth what is being charged.

Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were so cold that it felt like it was cooked last night. And those round things that looked like potatoes were so cold. Next time warm it properly. Or just cook on the spot. Its just so bad.

It was very close to the old town and was an excellent location to visit most tourist attractions in just a 10-minute walk.
The breakfast was also delicious and the staff was friendly for me.

The location was absolutely ideal, within sight of the Balti Jaam station and market and also less 5 minutes away from both locations by foot. The water being drinkable was a plus and the receptionists were quite polite.
The room was extremely small and compact and thus almost seemed difficult to fit in. But I won't hold this against the hotel as they advertised themselves as minimalist and eco-friendly. However, the lights were quite weak and sporadic in their effectiveness.

I'd like to express my sincere thanks to the staff for support and flexibility. We had a beautiful & comfortable room. The most we liked was being close to the center as well as shops. Big thanks & see you again.
Maybe better alignment internally, as the staff during the night was not informed about our arrival, which was very early in the morning. Maybe you can improve here, so that you don't make life harder for your own colleagues. :-)

Good location next to the train station, yet not too noisy. Simple but functional, also bit of a historic vibe.
No plug next to the night stand to charge phone. Very small table in the room, already crowded with some papers and a rather pointless phone, barely fit my laptop. They close the hotel entrance super early and you have to use the code, that felt bit annoying.

Staff friendly and whole check inn system is good and simple. Bed actually comfortable. Everything else is very basic and very dated. Rooms are very small. Definitely more expensive than it should be. I have rented huge apartment in the very prime location in Tallinn in same week for same price I paid for tiny room in this hotel
