the staff was helpful when I requested to change my room and the hotel itself is good value for money as long as we disregard the bathroom situation, it is a bit off from the centre but I did not mind much
there was black mould in the shower and when I requested to change my room it was there too - I did not bother to change it again though so I'm not sure if it is a hotel-wide issue - but there is no ventilation in the bathrooms

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Staff were okay and the stay itself was generally okay.
The TV was extremely limited. Only basic cable channels were available. YouTube was blocked, there was no Netflix or any streaming apps, no HDMI option, and we couldn’t connect our phone. For our entire 4-day stay, we couldn’t use the TV and had to watch everything on our phones, which was very frustrating.

First of all, the location is bad. Its 15 mins walking from the town center and there is not even a grocery store nearby. As I was aiming for spending my time in old town, half an hour return, and if you want to take a midday rest in the hotel, it is easily a waste of an hour each day. The bed is not comfortable. I left the hotel with back pain after 3 nights. The room is also one of the smallest I’ve ever stayed. There is no space to step inside the room.

False fire alarm at the evening. That give unsafe feeling to my child. And I missed some explanation from staff about the situation.

- Room 122, the safe in the room did not work; numerous buttons on the keypad did not function. Reported to Artur at reception desk and he came down to look at the safe.. He then took me to room 102 to possibly move to another room and the safe in 102 did not work either, numerous keys on the keypad in room 102 didn't work either.
- Took shower the next morning after arrival. The walk in shower door has no seal under the door so water from shower went right under the door to drain under sink. The cause water all over the bathroom floor and as the flooring is smooth white marble, getting out of the shower was like walking on ice because it was so slippery, very dangerous. Had to use extra towel to get out of the shower safely and not fall on slippery floor of bathroom. Reported problem to front desk and he came to room and agreed no seal was a problem and had housekeeping come clean up the floor of bathroom. We then looked at another room and all the rooms were the same...no seal under the bathroom door to prevent water from flooding bathroom.
- The thermostat in the room indicates to set the temperature ou want to press buttons for fan/automatic and temperature. It doesn't work, fan didn't come on a temperature of room didn't change. It was stuffy/warm in the room and I set the tempature at 20.5C and fan on high...nothing worked. The hotel has the room temperature set the way they want it which does not take into consideration that the temperature they set for "comfortable" and regulate isn't a comfortable room temperature for everyone. I paid a lot of euro for this room per night and expect to be comfortable in the room I'm paying for...and I was not comfortable in this room.
- The breakfast buffet is not that good. No dark fresh bread, very limited selection of fresh fruit, just a bowl of melons and grapes.

Super clean and nice hotel, abundant breakfast (though repetitive) - self-service. 10 to 15 min walk to the old town, public transport near by. Heated bathroom floor in June, good air conditioning.
In the rooms facing the parking and the street, traffic noise can be heard (not too loud though, scarce traffic). I would prefer harder mattresses.

Comfortable clean quiet room, good location.
The staff messed up a bit with our payment for the parking. We paid on check in, but during checkout we were asked to pay again. Luckily I kept the receipt, so the issue was solved.
The buttons on the safe box were too tough.
