Access to the spa area is fantastic when travelling with kids who don't care about the city but want to spend the full day swimming
The rooms get loud with drunk youngsters especially when facing the road into the old town

Well the room was okay in itself can't say I lacked anything there, the location is really good - you're a 10minute walk away from the center. Plenty of food readily available for breakfast. Spa (when it's open) was a fun addition to the stay.
The Room.
I booked it as a family stay with a couple of children(one of which is a toddler) and the room was at the farthest point in the complex with multiple flights of stairs up and down, some rather narrow. You can only imagine how comfortable it is to navigate with a stroller.
The breakfast.
You can eat all you want, but the food is the same every single day with no variations whatsoever and there's not that much to choose from for it not to become boring.
The SPA.
It was okay, no issues with it, but the staff did not bother to mention that the spa is closing early during our stay so we ended up using it once throughout our stay... Again, you can only imagine the happiness such scenario produces for children expecting fun times at the SPA.
Fire alarm
Definitely did not love the fact that the fire alarm went off at 2AM in the morning blasting through the hallways and found absolutely nobody reassuring everything's okay. It just stopped after a while with me and a couple of other guests shrugging what the heck happened.

The staff was delighted. Helpful. Accommodating. The location was perfect for my needs. The bed was very comfortable.
The spa was not my favorite. And it was the reason i booked there. many of the Saunas were closed. And every thing was a bit run down and a bit dirty. Lots of construction on in the spa. Not inviting.

Well, overall presence of SPA is good. Entrance with code, allowing us to come at any suitable time was plus.
Overall clean and calm room giving a good possibility to rest after busy day
Not as i didnt like - but:
1. pricewise - we have been staying in Tallinn in other SPAs, who have had better "everything" (breakfast, spa, room) for same or lower price
2. SPA - 2 saunas and one jacusi and lots of constructions. Wasn't very attractive to be there.
3. Breakfast - below "middle", machine coffe, juice from sirup, almost no vegetables (and it is summer)

Nice and very clean hotel near the old town. Excellent spa & sauna facilities with plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast was good with all the basic ingredients you'll need to start the day, no frills though. Bed for a child was arranged to the room with no extra cost. Very hospital staff.
Longish corridors with no elevators makes the facilities bit problematic but still manageable for families travelling with small children still in the carriages.

We got nice service when we checked in. We got a good introduction to the hotel and its services. The spa area was much bigger than we thought. It was a supercool surprise. Many kinds of saunas and also two pools outside. I could suggest this hotel to families, couples, groups of friends etc.
Breakfast was not a fool of all sorts of ingredients but we were happy to have coffee, bread and croissants.

The spa was really nice with indoor and outdoor pools and several options for saunas aswell. The rooms are accessible by a code and were small , yet comfy. Despite the small size of the pools in comparison to Kalev spa, which is located across the street Braavo seems more cozy during the morning hours when people are less and offers more value.
During the evening hours it seemed quite packed and while it was enough to just chill at the water , it wasn't enough to enjoy the baubles of the bauble baths.
