It was just perfect, I've been in Estonia couple times and this is by far the best accommodation that I ever stayed, it was simply perfect, staff, room, location in the heart of the old town, pricewise, breakfast, everything was superb!

The hotel was really nice and in a perfect location, close to the city center and easy to find. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the room. It was very bright at night because the curtains were too small, and there was loud music during the night from a neighboring club.

Brilliantly located hotel, walking distance to some of the most popular attractions in town with amazing views, vibes and amenities. We opted for one of the rooms with a private sauna, and we couldn't recommend it more. It was still very affordable, and it made our stay so much better, especially in the cold February days. The sauna heated quick, and we ended up using it every single day. (Better than some saunas at commercial gyms in London!).
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice and very convenient and we had a Shrek-like storybook view from our room on the 5th floor.

I'd say only stay here if you really really wanna stay at this LOCATION, like the address.
The hotel is quite old, and we had an unpleasant experience. We booked the room with the sauna, but not until we got there, we were told it was unavailable, of course they did accommodate us in another room, they said better, but without the sauna we had booked (and the only reason why we booked this hotel) and the possibility of using the "turkish bath" but tbh it wasnt ok, and only one day was available. Also, the beds were really small. The staff was not the best, just "this is what it is". It wasnt a "bad" experience, we just wanted to have what we have booked, or at least, know before hand the room wasn't going to be available.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town Tallinn near Viru gate. Guests need to take into account that a taxi do not enter the old town and you need to walk a little to the hotel, however the walking distance is short, and if you don't have heavy luggage it's affordable.
The bed was too soft for me, however I didn't experience back pain after sleeping, thus the softness didn't harm.

Very quiet location on one of the Tallin old town. Big spacious room, comfortable bed, everything was clean. Really quiet at night even with the window opened. Good value for money
It was a problem to check-in at 10 pm on Sunday, we had to wait for an hour, but in the end everything was fine

Anne at the front desk/reception was so wonderful with all her assistance regarding my requests! The hotel should feel lucky to have Anne as an employee!!!!

The location is just right in the old town so all the sights are few minutes away. The room was good for the price we paid. They served hot meals for breakfast which is a plus, the staffs are nice and helpful.
