No body knew about the booking. Heating in the room not working, restaurant not working, breakfast not available at hotel. Ordered double, received twin. Towels in room old, grey and torn.

It had all the basics and the as nice and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in a good location, it is located in a quiet neighbourhood and there were enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. It was possible to get a room even if we arrived quite late.
When we arrived, there was no one in the hotel, so we had to call. The lady told us the door code, and room number in very bad English. However, the room number we received was the number of the room we did not ask for and it was also dirty. After another phone call, we got the correct room, which was already cleaner, but the bathroom and carpets would have deserved a more thorough cleaning.
