The room was large and light, and the bathroom well-cared for. There were outlets on either side of the bed.
A table on both sides of the bed would be a very easy and useful addition but there wasn't one.
They said they couldn't afford to honor my Genius Level 3 benefits of breakfast and a room upgrade because their margin is too small to be generous, and that it should be Booking.com
who covers this extra cost, not them. The room was chilly as there is no heating and they made up for it with about 20 pounds of blankets.

Clean and well-run place. Incredible value. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location near many good restaurants and grocery stores. Walking around at night not recommended. Daytime is fine.

Central location. Amiable staff. Got a good size room since Travellers Inn not full. Bed and pillows not the most comfortable but got a decent rest. Very quiet despite being quite busy outside.
Breakfast was served from 7:30am which is really late especially when many Quito tours start before 7am. However the staff were understanding and let me have breakfast before 7am.

Cozy quiet room with flat TV. Public restroom is clean with hair dryer and nice hot shower.
Good quality and quantity breakfast. Free parking inside the yard.
A lot bars and restaurants around.
The room with shared bathroom is small.

Everything, from the moment I arrived until I left 2 days later. Diego and all his team were amazing. The whole place is clean and tidy. With secure parking for my motorcycle. If you're ever in Quito, this is the place to be.

Staff were very helpful, friendly, at night quiet area. Some good restaurants are very near. Security is excellent. With taxi, 2,5dolar to historical centre. Breakfast, internet is ok. They cleaned our room everyday.
Doors are very thin, if somebody speaks louder, you can hear like in your room. ( It didn't happen when we were there, it was very quiet place)

Basic rooms but perfectly comfortable! Beds have 4 fleecy blankets on. We had a shared bathroom and you only shared with one other room. Absolutely spotlessly clean! The bathroom was cleaned before we even got up. We had washing done, which was done in just a few hours and smelt great. Breakfast was really good value. Definitely recommend paying a small price for this. The location was good, bars and restaurants close by. Easy to get into the old town. Bus terminal a little but far but very easy to get a bus too. Hotel itself very safe and secure with a gate and locked door which is manned 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Wifi a bit patchy at times but was really an issue.

Wonderful
It was the best hostel where we stayed in during the whole trip in South America. A bed is very comfortable. The room has a big wardrobe where you can put your clothes in. The bathroom is just next to your door and you share it only with two other guests so we never had to wait in line. Hot water. Cleaning service every day and fresh towels. Quiet area at night so you can rest properly. Breakfast is available for an extra price (we didn't try it out). Friendly and polite staff. Very safe hostel.
The kitchen could be renovated and could have a bigger dining area for guests who don't order breakfast.
