The room has two levels and is a part of a huge apartment. The view is outstanding. You can see Panecillo, Basilica and volcanoes from the living room windows.
the stairs to second level of the room are quite tricky

Penthouse is gorgeous. It’s the kind of place I’d love to live in.
It was a little chilly. I turned on the heater but there was a gap between the windows so it didn’t work as well.

Wonderful private room and bathroom. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and host. Excellent location just a few bocks from Foch Plaza. Police station across the street for the 14 story condo complex. Location on the 14th floor. Great views of the city.

The building is very secure with 24 hr security. Our room was comfortable with a large en suite bathroom. Alberto kindly stayed up to welcome us when we arrived at 2:30 am. The area has many restaurants and stores.
We could hear traffic noise and loud music from the street below despite being on the 14th floor.

This property was a stunning location to have as a base for my partner and I to explore Quito! It is so central and only a short fifteen minute drive to the main historic centre. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within a two minute walk that will cater to anyone’s food interests. The property itself was luxury to say the least and it felt as though we were staying in a presidential suite! The owners are a lovely couple and were so hospitable to us, welcoming us into the home with open arms as soon as we arrived. They did not hesitate to help us with our queries on what to do and gave us excellent recommendations that turned out to be immensely beneficial to the activities we took part in. Our bedroom was comfortable and they always gave us our own space wherever we were in the house. The views of the surrounding mountains and city were breathtaking also and it was delightful to sit and look out while we planned what we were going to do each day. 10/10 would recommend this stay to anyone. If I ever return I will refuse to stay anywhere else other than the Penthouse Lodge B & B!

The appartment was all about "a room with a view" . The view over Quito centre was incredible. The breakfast was continetial, modest. the owners didn`t know much English and we had a little challange with comunication. Despite that - we had a great time there.
