First trip to Quito. The hotel was very nice and a good value. Staff were great and breakfast was incredible.
There is a construction site right next to the hotel and they started very early in the morning. The area around the hotel is just OK. It would be nicer if it was closer to Carolina park.

Gorgoeus, stylish, clean property and staff.
$35 for an oxygen tank, the bed was rather tough...but thats not that bad.

Staff was great, room was big and clean. Food in the dining room was outstanding. It was a really good hotel.
Facility felt a little "tired", but nothing that was dirty or unsafe. Just a little older and could use a little updating. Staff was great but front desk was always just one person so always a line for anything. One more person would have been ideal.

It was our first time visiting Quito. The facilities and staff were great! We loved the breakfast buffet and having coffee and tea available in our room. We live in Cuenca and hope to stay there again.
The dinner in the restaurant was just OK, the meats were a bit overcooked.

Huge room with good hot water and very clean. Breakfast was beautiful. Lovely fresh fruits and veggies. A wall of breads. Good coffee and juice. But no eggs. There was a curry and other protein sources, but I wanted eggs.
The place is lovely. My ONLY real issue is that the gentleman who checked me in looked at me as though I didn't measure up and didn't belong there. And he talked down to me. He commented negatively that I had "booked through Booking.com." It's a nice hotel, but that was unnecessary and disappointing.

Hotel is an older property that needs renovation. Staff helpful and nice. Breakfast provided was fair, omelette station was a joke. Room was decent sized but lighting was NOT adequate. Unfortunately the bathtub was one of those high stepup older tubs. HOWEVER, GREAT SHOWER HEADS (2) AND PRESSURE. There was a normal (not a stupid rainshower) shower head with massage, etc., and one of those hand held ones that you can move around which was great. Shower pressure best I have had in a hotel in years. You actually feel clean. Windows Do Not filter out the street noise.
Omelette Station, Older Windows that do not filter street noise. Lighting in the room was inadequate. High step bathtub.

Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and modern. Rooms were spacious, with amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged for a cab to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better stay. Staff stored our extra luggage when we went to Galapagos for a few days. This was a great help.
Everything was wonderful.

They gave me a complimentary late check out of 3pm. I really liked that. But also the hotel was clean, in a good neighborhood and good facilities.
Well the air conditioner wasn’t heating properly and I was freezing. But I called the reception and they sent me a portable heater that solved the problem.
