The breakfast had a wide variety of items and good tasting coffee. The dinner upstairs was good, however couple of the dishes were a bit salty for my taste. They also ran out of the yellow fin tuna, which was one of the highlights of the menu.
Like I stated earlier, some of the dishes were a bit salty for my taste. When I ordered the scrambled eggs without any salt, the dish came out perfect!
The music in the courtyard restaurant was a bit too loud, but they did turn off the music at a reasonable time.

Disappointing
Joanna at the front was incredible. Helping with every aspect of our trip. One of our party had a problem with luggage that didn’t make the connection and we spent our day replacing clothes, medication,etc. she helped with every aspect. Can’t say enough good things about her. This is our second stay in an art hotel. Top notch experience in both Quito and Otavalo.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

Interior was very nice and well decorated. The rooftop bar was amazing! Such a great vibe and it had live music.
It isn’t in the best area of Quito. Daytime is fine but you shouldn’t walk outside at night. Even the front counter was shocked when I told them I was going for a walk around 11PM.

The property was unique and beautiful. The courtyard was decorated with amazing glass sculptures and other art. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with paintings and unique glass fixtures. The hotel staff was very helpful. The restaurant on top of the building offered a great view. The amenities were very nice including great toiletries and a decadent good night dessert every night. The breakfast was delicious.

Terrible hotel, staff and the worst management I’ve ever seen anywhere. They have total disregard,disrespect and lack of empathy for their customers. Stay away from this place. There are much better hotels with much better views and quality in Quito!!

Beautiful building with renovation to bring modern amenities that support at first rate hotel. The roof top bar is terrific, with views in all directions. The size makes this a botique hotel experience.
The rooms are small. Decor simple, but functional. The location is a challenge. Not a neighborhood for walking. Get ready to Uber to get most anywhere in Quito.

The staff was excellent: kind, helpful, courteous, easily accessible. The style of the hotel and it’s different spaces felt authentically traditional with just enough modern. Lovely.
Would have been nice to be able to walk into town feeling it was more safe.

Very nice design, good location in Old Town. The rooftop bar offers a great view over Quito and a nice Canelasso.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable and it was the first hotel in Quito where we did not have to complain about not having hot water.
We couldn’t have breakfast, but got nice breakfast boxes and coffee to go!
The window in our room was painted, so we did not have a view.
The room was a little noisy (next to dinning room and kitchen).
We missed a wardrobe in the room, but that was the case in almost all hotels in Ecuador as we found out.
