Hotel staff were wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. Very big room. Beds were comfortable.
It’d have been nice to have a fan or a/c but it was manageable.

The staff was very friendly and professional, and they listened to my every request with a smile. Breakfast was delicious every day! Love the scrambled eggs! All the rooms use cards and smart locks, which is a plus. My room was comfortable, and it had all the directions needed on the back of the door.
The area the hostel is located in is very close to La Carolina Park, 4 blocks away from the Metro station "La Pradera", and there are tons of facilities you can use within walking distance.
Two things I would like to address: first, the wool covers might feel a little too heavy for elderly people, so it's difficult to use 2 or more if the night is too cold. Second, the bathroom was on a different level from the room floor, meaning you had to step up to get in. I would suggest that maybe you can put a handle so that when elderly people use this room, it's easier for them to use the bathroom.

Excellent value in this range. Spotless, good quality linens and towels, strong wifi, out of this world hot water and shower pressure, very professional staff, safe and secure. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff were able to take some time to talk about places, food and customs in Ecuador. Good location for the newer part of the city and the park.
Room facilities not quite as good as a UK hotel but still comfortable.

Awesome staff! Very helpful and willing to accommodate late arrivals and luggage storage. My stay was very brief but enjoyable. I was not able to try the breakfast provided.
