Good location, across is a food court and 2 mins walk is a shaping mall.
It’s a bit old fashioned so has slight wear and tear, carpets are in a bad state. Doesn’t feel cozy.

the location was good very close to everything
the apartment was dirty, the vents in the bathrooms were unhealthy and the owner didnt care the keys to go in the elevator s , some lights didn’t work

Very comfortable and great location. Owner was extremely attentive and helpful.
Could use heating, but only because we are so used to tropical temperatures. Plenty of blankets provided so it was warm enough in bed at night.

Had some good places nearby. A mall and a food court close. The parking was reserved, easy to find. There was always a guard on the premises. The neighbors were quiet.
At night, outside it's pretty dark to go outside walking. Some steps on the stairs to go to the second level were loose, so we had to be careful when we go up.

Apartment needs works, there are issues with humidity in different walls, water in showers does not drain well, needs painting. More than this, the bed linen were not appropriate (old and much smaller than actual mattresses).

Location ok, near bus, felt safe. Elevator, hot water, landlord very nice & helpful
Kitchen amenities lacking, not really close to much, beds unbearable, slept on couch!
