It was clean, the price was average.
Included Breakfast at 6 AM….NOT Available. Front staff were rather rude when I questioned about it. We had to leave at 6:20, still no breakfast. We did manage to get a coffee.
The shower was not hot, even after allowing it to warm up for awhile.
The hair dryer worked in short spurts before overheating. When asked about it at the front desk they said housekeeping would come check on it. Housekeeping never showed up.
It was very noisy outside until the wee hours of the morning.

The view was amazing! It was also very quiet in a residential neighborhood. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping. The views from the hotel are great. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious! The hotel is located in a very interesting neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Spacious room and comfortable bed.
The view when the clouds clear is amazing.
The bar/restaurant was a bit lacking. There was no red wine and my meal whilst good was not as described on the menu. The breakfast was OK but could have been better.

The view.
The place is fairly old and needs an update. Reflected by the lack of customers. I don't think it will survive. Wouldn't recommend it. I sent them an email asking for a room with a view down the valley--which was important and they replied:
You will be assigned a room according to the hotel's availability for that day. They knew that we wanted a room with a view but nothing offered on our arrival. Didn't expect it for free!

The hotel's location was excellent and the staff was very kind and accommodating.
We were promised a room with a view of the valley and were given a room next to a busy park. We had hoped to have access to a quieter room.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities
Parking lot too uncomfortable to exit. Rental car got scratched with the wall as there is a narrow way to turn the car. Also, the pavement up was slippery and tires were sliding.

Great view and If you need parking there is an underground parking at the hotel. The restaurant has a great view.
Unfortunately, the facilities are old and not well maintained. The shower doesn’t have enough hot water (and Quito is cold in the mornings). The toilet tank was broken so the water doesn’t flush. The elevator is also broken, the card reader of the door doesn’t work well and I can keep going. Also, the hotel is located near a park where young adults were playing music very loud and drinking until 3am :/.

The rooms on the side of the hotel near the park are a bit loud at night as the park seems to be a populat night location. It is better when the window is closed but them you don't get to take adavatnage of the nice breeze.
