Very nice, clean and comfy place with the entrance on the terrace and basic kitchen facilities. The room was spacious and with a good view. Hot water and breakfast on the request. Located next to the metro station

The staff here were so lovely! The rooms are basic, but for a cheap couple of nights we were happy with this.
The room was quite cold, and the walls are quite thin so we were kept up most the night by the TV from someone down the corridor, not the hotels fault just bad luck I guess! We found Quito to be unsafe, particularly at night. This hotel is about 10 minute walk from the tourist area so I would advise getting cheap taxis to be safe!

WiFi quality quite poor. Don't expect any decent internet access in your room. The best WiFi signal was on the terrace, but at night it is cold there. Hot water is not hot enough.

Price!!!!! Walking distance to city center attractions. Responsive staff. Clean and furnished (desk) rooms.
For some the rooms will be chilly since there is no heat. Some intermittent vehicle noise at night but stops around midnight.

All staff was very nice. and Victor and Maria helped me. It was very cold at night. And they gave me a heater and warm blanket. Helped to lift and lower the suitcase even at night. Even at night someone was on duty and did it instantly. Location is very good

staff really welcoming - clean - comfortable - the manager let me take the shower in a room the afternoon of the checkout day as I was wet and cold after the rain !
