the breakfast is amazing and the restaurant had the best minestrone soup ever! The staff are helpful and kind.

We stayed in Room 211 on 12/31 and were unable to access the room for the entire night. Because of this, we could not retrieve our belongings, including clothes and toiletries, and were unable to properly prepare for an early departure at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. This completely disrupted our New Year’s Eve stay. I left my contact information at checkout, but no follow-up or response has been received. The hotel failed to provide access to the room we paid for. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.

Basic hotel for his price, good breakfast
I arrive earlier and the receptionist didn't allow me to wait 2 Hours from breakfast and drip mi luggage they ask me to leave the hotel a 4 a.m. as breakfast was going to be 6:30 and I might disturb other guess. Food is acceptable but when I mentioned mis steak was flavorless and didn't taste as pepper nothing was done. Hair in all places of the shower didn't know if from previous guests. taxis from hotel are way expensive they do not track the twrrif example to the city I pay 6 usd from hotel when returning with the tarrif meter I pay 4 usd the I when go other place from hotel I pay 3 usd no tarrif meter and back I pay only 2 usd

Breakfast was adequate the the hot dishes were lukewarm. Location was perfect for us and staff accomodating.
Both rooms had a safety lock that didn’t work… fixed that within 1/2 hour. My friend’s safe did not work… again fixed. Then a piece of the headboard in her room fell off barely missing her head and safe stopped working. They did move her but…..
