Fair
Great location in center, quick walk to atm and main plazas. They are very accommodating and let you store luggage there. Good breakfast. The door to the outside remains locked at all times, which makes it safe (a remote fob is required to get into the building)
I had a room on the top floor (room 30) that had been completely sprayed with strong smelling scents like fabulosa and it gave me headaches. It was sprayed to cover the smell of the sewer trap gases coming out of a drain in the floor of the bathroom but was horrible. Both smells were horrible and I think they should instead have a cap to seal the sewer gases off when the drain on the floor is being used. If you are at all sensitive to smell, I would not stay here.

Exceptional
The hotel was conveniently located, very close to the heart of the Colonial City Center. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was extremely well kept, clean and had a good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It didn’t bother me, but for a big person, the bathroom would be too small, and for someone with mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, as the Hotel doesn’t have an elevator.

The building is old, with dark wood and lovely chandeliers and furnishings throughout. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and WiFi was good. It was quiet at night. The receptionist/ hostess Brittany was very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious.

Very Good
The staff was very nice.
The bed and pillows were too firm. The rooms could really benefit from a ceiling fan and / or a climate control system.

This cozy, clean, sweet hotel is located in an outstanding location. It is easy walking to everything in the historical district. Breakfast was outstanding. WIFI was strong. The interior was beautiful. An added bonus was being able to have a beer or glass of wine in their atrium like public area. Highly, highly recommend.
Everything was fantastic!

Beautiful hotel & they were very accommodating to me. It is located in the heart of the historical old town. Within two short blocks to several large plazas. Ricardo (owner) & his niece were so friendly & nice to me. Even though we did not speak the same language, we communicated via Google Translate. I highly recommend this beautiful, historic hotel.

This hotel had all the charm of a colonial hotel, attention to detail, you immediately transform into another era. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best location for walking to the Basilica Del Voto and the old historic neighbourhood and Cathedrals.
Don't expect any grader here the hotel front doors are locked with chains, the only way to enter the hotel is by ringing the bell, and they will open the door for you. The reason is security the areas are unsafe, but a lot of security presence and police throughout the day make it feel more comfortable.
unfortunately, especially at night not recommended as the streets are eerily intimating and devoid of people.

The guy working there, sorry I don’t know his name, was excellent. Really helpful, kind and a wonderful asset to the hotel. He was running reception, porter, cook, made my early breakfast, concierge, he did everything and very well and always with a smile.
Comfortable bed, nice facilities, lovely building.

Good
Great location and beautiful colonial house. We had a family room with 3 queen beds and a city view, which was nice but some of the other rooms had no window. Breakfast was OK with fresh fruit and eggs prepared based on choice.
Our room and bath were very small. We found the hotel overpriced, and 8% are charged for credit card payments. The front door is always locked, so staff have to open the door.

Pleasant
Very convenient location, and the pillows were good.
Both the wifi signal and shower water pressure were weak, and it was fairly noisy with both music and a populated road outside.

Staff was exceptional. The gentleman running the desk was very responsive and helpful. Hotel is cute and clean, with a great location. The business centre and breakfast area were great spots for our family to hang out after long days of touring around.
