Hernan, the host, is very helpful and accommodating. The Centro historic location is convenient to all places of interest. If you grow weary from walking take a cab, a very reasonably priced option

It’s a restored property in the historic district and the friendly manager went out of his way to make us comfortable. He gave us suggestions, even arranging tours and a shuttle, and we had delicious authentic Ecuadorean breakfasts. It’s in a safe area, a little way up the hill from the craziest traffic.
This was a trade-off we chose: to be a 10 minute walk from downtown, and so the restaurants were a little farther as well. Being a restored building, the rooms are a little smaller and louder than a modern hotel, but a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly. Hernan helped with any requests or wishes that we had! Location is excellent and only about 10min to the main sqaure in Quito.
The payment was only possible either cash or trouhgh a link to an app that would have charged additional 4%

Breakfast was a complete balance of Ecuadorian flavors! Great coffee, different local fresh fruit juices and delicious eggs with either arepas or local tamales. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. A small laundromat located next door was very convenient since we ended up coming back for two additional stays in the same trip after a week on a boat and rainforest stay. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and only a few blocks from the Grand plaza, churches, and museums. The metro was also a convenient short walk away. I highly recommend the hotel day tour to Otavalo which included some amazing sites that we would have not done on our own!

Hernan was a wonderful host. He met us upon arrival and helped us make bookings for restaurants, tours, and taxis. He was very knowledgeable and helped make our stay in Quito excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was located within walking distance of Historic Quito sites. Hernan, the manager, gave us great tips for food and activities including the Good Friday town procession. He was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this hotel. Hernan also provided us and another guest with a private tour of the town.
There was nothing to not like.

Hernán is a great host and was extremely helpful with everything. I especially enjoyed the typical and healthy breakfast which he varied every day. The house is just a few steps from the colonial center of Quito.

The experience from staying at the hotel with hotel owner is out of words to description. Owner offered very personal help in guiding through all the possible details in touring this glorious town Quito. The property is very new, new is defined as built up from a old structure to accommodate today travelers needs. location wise, you can figure it out yourself since the hotel is in the middle of old district of Quito, a town built in the 1500 to 1600.
This property makes a difference is because the owner and the personal touch service in your stay. you would not regret by choosing this hotel to be in Quito.

Place exceeded my expectations! Owner was super friendly and helpful, giving good recommendations and advice on touristic attractions and food. Spoke great English which was very much appreciated as my Spanish is horrible. Contacted me via whatsapp and kept in constant communication to make sure I made it in ok. Helped me find parking (no parking at the hotel), arranged for luggage drop off, and allowed me to keep my luggage there until convenient. Fantastic location! Super relaxed. Great hot water. Very Clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Owner also went out of the way to make sure he met with me during my stay. Don't even hesitate to stay here! The best!!!
