The staff are wonderful and everything is so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was over the top delicious. Showers were hot too! I loved it.
There are alot of city noises and may be close to a firehouse. But that's just part of Quito. No fault of the hotel.

Outstanding hotel near the Parque Carolina area. The staff was amazing, especially Erick. The level of customer service is top notch and I am very pleased. The buffet breakfast was wonderful; served with scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, breakfast meats and potatoes, fresh juice, fresh fruits, selection of breads and pastries, cereal, coffee, variety of teas, and so much more. This hotel also has an elevator which was a huge convenience. It was near some great restaurants and it very walkable. The location is also safe. I highly recommend Hotel Carolina Montecarlo!

Excellent breakfast, the eggs were professional. There's secure parking, overal the security is excellent at this hotel. The staff had a pleasant and elegant but welcoming diversity not usually found in Quito.
Next door there's an established Ecuadorian restaurant as well as a cafe with sweets. Being a picky eater preferring simple, clean food such as Casa Warmi located in Quito this was the only thing I wished for -- a convenient hotel restaurant.

Good bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did not speak very much English which is to be expected, but they still did their best to communicate and help however they could.
Can be pretty loud at night. It's right next to busy streets. The windows don't do a great job sealing out the noise and the walls are thin.

The attention and availability to help us, was incredible from the moment we arrived.
Also when I called to confirm my arrival, I felt a good vibe because of the politeness, the receptionist has an outstanding quality service.
The time we spent there was too little, we hope to be there soon. So I can enjoy more of this hotel and its surroundings.

Getting into the parking lot is chaotic with all the traffic around, but it's also understandable as it is such a busy street and area.

Keycard, haf't to recharged every day . The lamp at the bed didn't work. Checked in late evening efter a long flight from Europe, and in the room was Only a smal bottle of water. Not ok.

I liked that the staff (especially the one who checked us in on the first day) were super helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The service was excellent at breakfast and the location is perfect. Very very close to everything.
The beds are a bit hard and the rooms are small, but the front desk clerk was helpful in moving us to a bigger room once we expressed our concern.

The hotel is quiet and in a very convenient location for tourists. It is within walking distance to Old Town and Park Carolina. Accommodations are nice, and the hotel has a well maintained gym which is a nice plus. The breakfast is included with the room rate, and I really appreciated that they varied the food choices daily, since we stayed there for about a week. The desk staff has limited English, but they are pros at using Google Translate to help with any concerns. The hotel manager does speak very good English. Room rates are reasonable based on what is provided. We travel to Ecuador often, and this will be my go to hotel when we are in Quito!

Very nice buffet with fresh fruits, breads, and hot foods including eggs and one or two other dishes every day. Very nice start to the day. The staff went out of their way in every way to assist any and all requests.
I liked everything! Having stayed here 4 years ago, the changes to the lobby were very nice--visually very comfortable and pleasing!
