Late check in was possible.
Very overpriced laundry service. We paid around 32 USD for a bag of laundry. In other hotels in Quito it was always around 5-8 USD for the same quantity. The price we paid only for the laundry is nearly the price we paid for a double bed room with breakfast. This is insane and not fair at all. Not willing to come back because of this.

Disappointing
very old building with kinda smell
the blanket with bad smell, even we felt itchy during sleep . and the breakfast only one bread , we don’t know that so we order one more, but we have to pay extra for that bread and the fried eggs. that’s funny thing they said have breakfast,but nothing there. we have to pay extra for the fried eggs and second bread .
