It was a lovely Hotel well run very clean and had everything you needed
The staff was exceptional and the free shuttle was an extra convenience.
My pickup driver spoke very good English as I unfortunately did not speak Spanish.
All of this made me feel welcomed.
Also while I had an early morning flight the front desk had coffee and tea and fruit as well as fruit bread that day starting at 2 am.
This was most exceptional because usually there is nothing available till 5 am at many Hotels I have stayed at.
The restaurant was also preparing amazing meals while I was having a, quick bite to eat.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. Most of our fellow cruise passengers stayed across the street at the Marriott, but this was fabulous and was much more reasonably priced.

I had to ask for a fridge & also a hair dryer. Both were delivered promptly but they should already be there. Breakfast was not as good as in the past. Eggs were triangle cut wedges? Dry.

Disappointing
the showers have a very large flow of water which generates a very loud noise, and as most of the guests shower early morning or late evening, the noise wakes up the neighboring rooms or dont let you sleep, this is very unpleasant. It was my last stay in this hotel.

There are several decent places to eat and shop nearby
Upon checking in, the front desk attendant told me that although I booked one type of room, she was going to put me in a different one and asked if that was okay. I said, not really, I prefer the one that I booked, that is why I booked it. She didn't listen and put me in the room that she wanted to put me. Upon arriving in the room, there were loud noises coming from the bathroom and I asked to be relocated. At this point, I think they gave me the room that I originally booked. Overall, it was a hassle, took time and felt scammy. I also tried to communicate with them to recover something I left behind and they just stopped responding.
I have no doubt that better service and value can be found somewhere else.
