Disappointing
That the owner was happy to provide a kettle. Having a super market close by. Security would get us taxis. Lots of space to unpack your things.
Location to main road, this is not evident in the advert. Noise and smell from the traffic was terrible. Windows had to remain closed all the time the floor is covered in black dust from the highway. No Air Conditioning. Location means you need a taxi to go anywhere. The windows need replacing with double glazing. Need air conditioners or fans in both bedroom and living room at a minimum. The apartment needs sprucing up with paint and more modern kitchen, if it is ever going to be "executive". Also, the lack of plugs is bewildering.

Great location, there is a mall just 2 blocks aways with plenty, really plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to pick from.
Safe place.
Great internet speed.
Facilities (pool, gym).
There is a washer inside for guests.
Nice and attentive host.
Airport pickup service (at a cost).
Expedite check in/out process.
You can work at the rooftop, the view is very nice in there.
Kitchen and bathroom amenities insufficient.

Location to hospitals, El Bosque Commercial for shopping and food options, the quietness of the area, roof terrace, the option of the pool although we did not use it, the ease of talking to the host, friendly/courteous security staff, a good amount of light during the day which keeps the apartment warmer in the night, two bathrooms is always a plus and in general it felt safe to walk around the neighbourhood although we were always back to the apartment before 8:00 pm.
Maybe good for some but for us having a television in the bedroom instead of the living room is uncomfortable because it is hard to sit in a bed or if one person needs to sleep and the other does not then one person gets to sit in the living room doing nothing. and the bed is hard because it is new but again for some, this is a positive

Good walking distance to the mall which made getting things easier. Great pasta and bistro was an unexpected find. Fast communication from the owner. Gym had decent equipment.
Hot water system for the shower was not so great something wrong with the pressure. Not sure what kind of Hot water system their running. Hot water from the taps is fine.
Prepare yourself to walk down and uphill think of it as exercise.

loved it, the flat was great! the bed was lovely and the kitchen was a dream. the bathrooms look nice but the showers have design fault whereby they cannot contain the water. being near to the shopping centre was nice. the pool, sauna and hot tub were the dream and vivi even let us stay in the spa whilst waiting for our late bus. thank you
having to clean up the shower water
