Very Good
Comfortable and ample space in the room. Historic building has nice architectural features - not cold and impersonal like modern hotels. Staff are extremely nice and helpful.
Not much noise mitigation. Night club right next door. Earplugs needed.

I don't think you can ever find such a lovely staff anywhere. Very polite, always smiling and always ready to help with any questions or requests. They helped me very much regarding tour bookings and local information. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eugenia and I'll gladly return. The location is ideal for getting around Quito. You can take an Uber Taxi for $3 to most locations.
There was actually nothing to dislike.

I booked this hotel from a distance for my elderly grandparents who were traveling all by there self. And up on there arriving back home. They commented they this place was amazing very beautiful like the most beautiful place ever very classic and lovely friendly staff helped them around

One of the best hotels I stayed in since a very long time. Staff members, alll of them, were very customer satisfaction driven. Particularly Frank went out of his way to help you any way he could.
Excellent complete breakfast.

Looks very pretty on the outside
No hot water and when I asked about it, they turned up the temperature but it did not get any hotter than Luke warm. TV didn’t work. Noise from the bar downstairs and traffic and music from surrounding area can be heard quite clearly - not for light sleepers.

Wonderful
It's a classic looking hotel, Breakfast was very good. The staff was fantastic with English being spoken.
The water could be hotter, it's warm but not hot, after riding my motorcycle for hours through the cold rain a hot shower would be nice.
