the location is nice. Breakfast is good. the rooms are nice and clean.
1. there is not Gym
2. guests are not allowed - I had a friend visit me for 10 minutes but was not allowed into my room. so i had to meet them downstairs in the lobby only.
3. front desk staff is not friendly.

For the price I did not expect a very well maintained clean hotel. It is located in the business district by a great variety of places to eat. I is very quite and highly recommend it. It is where I will stay every time I come to town.

Helpful staff and decent breakfast
There was a party at the hotel when we stayed and it was extremely loud. They changed us to a room in a higher floor which helped a bit, but we could still hear the loud music. There is no aircon but we had to close the windows to mitigate a bit the noise. The pictures are a bit deceiving, the rooms are small and outdated.

Good buffet breakfast, although $7 - 8. Ambience. Provided water cooler to fill your own bottle. No hot water in shower was fixed quickly.
Location. During daylight hours, got hustled and street fight broke out a block away. Desk staff were very friendly but not so helpful for tourist info.

The location was great either way great connection with public transportation. The people were friendly and helpful.
The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage to the third floor, they were heavy.

Really good location, especially if you're looking for nearby local nightlife, food or even artisanal markets for your souvenirs. The included breakfast was good, too.
Slow elevator that, even though it was working, had a "Under maintenance" sign on every floor and some paint odor on the hallway/stairs but nothing too bad, really.

We showed up last minute and they accommodated us immediately. They held our luggage until our late departure so we could enjoy the time in Quito . It was very clean, bottle of water provided and cold water bottles around the facility. Always lots of hot water and water pressure
The name is deceiving and taxis kept wanting to take us to the Quito Embassy and it was hard to locate on Google maps because of the name. Not a real complaint just something to watch for when you are trying to arrive with limited spanish.
