Very peaceful location, beautiful views, ideally situated to visit Mitad del Mundo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Rooms very big and comfortable.

The view from the bedroom was spectacular. The property was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was very convenient, minutes from hiking trails and 30 minutes from Quito.

The staff was phenomenal, the views from my room were incredible, and the included breakfast was great. I enjoyed the location for a one night stop before traveling to a remote area of north-western Ecuador.
The room was really cold. The space heater was broken and the staff replaced immediately with 2 space heaters, but it still wasn't enough to warm the room up that evening. The shower water was tepid and added to the cold factor. I didn't mention this to the staff so not sure why it wasn't hot, and can probably be addressed. The dinners at the restaurant are overpriced.

The views and the architecture were amazing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Nice bathroom. Location was great… we did a 12km hike around the mountain in the crater.
Would have liked more water in the room and tea/ coffee making facilities.

Our waiter, and I am so sorry I can't remember how to pronounce his name, it start with a J and he's 27, originally from Esmeraldas. He was amazing and kind and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and those views?! Can't be beat, our driver Elizabeth was beyond kind and amazing too! What a beautiful experience!
Really the only odd thing was an older man opened our room door and then quickly shut it, I think he was giving a tour of the rooms. Totally understandable mistake, helped me to remember to lock the door. :) the only other thing I didn't like was that we didn't have more time there ;)
