It was a Decent Room, Quite for the Most Part.
Clean Place and Breakfast was good… For the Price it was Good.
But The Lack of Staffing at Most Times was Very Disappointing. At One Point I had an Emergency, I Locked My Passport and Money in The Safe and Then Safe Wouldn’t Open! I was Starving I Needed to go Eat, But Instead I had to Wait Literally 3 Hours for Someone to Come and Help Me Because there Was No One in the Hotel at All.!!..They had a Menu for Food But Sometimes they Didn’t Feel like Cooking, So I don’t know what’s the point of having a menu if they Cooked Only Whenever they Felt like It?!

it was a wonderful way to get immersed in the culture in a nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Everyone there was so nice and we felt very welcome. Everything was clean and professional, and the manager helped us with anything we needed.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Large comfortable bed. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, who go out of their way to help you. Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and bars, also few minutes walk from the hop on hop off bus stop.
Could be a little noisy at night as not far from the main road.

We spent our last days in Quito at Dolce Lobo and it really was the best end to our trip! The rooms were clean and modern.
We would agree with other reviews regarding the beds, they were super comfy!
Great location, close to Plaza Foch but still very charmig surrondings.
The best with our stay was the manager of the hotel, Maria :)
She took really good care of us! Served us great food, the best food we had in Quito! Sooo good! And the breakfast was served at their sunny rooftop terrace with a great view.
Dolce Lobo has a very warm and friendly vibe and we would highly recommend it to anyone going to Quito!

Fantastic comfortable rooms, great omelette breakfast, easy check in and out… you only need a code to enter no card etc
Highly recommend!
They only speak Spanish no English which was a bit challenging as my Spanish is mediocre.

Location was close to restaurants.
Didn't like the door code system, with no staff on premises, having 3 sets of codes to get into our room. No staff available pm or evening for requests for toilet roll or a bath towel (only one provided for a couple).
The room was wet on arrival as a window was left wide open. The pillows smelt fusty and damp. The sofa felt damp. The bathroom window didn't shut properly.
The building, in general, smelt unpleasant.
The morning staff person did not speak English. The owner offered to extend our stay but we decided to leave.
