The property is centrally located and is easy to get to. Lot of restaurants around that you can walk to. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
This place like many hotels does not have heat which is expected. However, they also didnt have any space heaters in the room or any to offer when requested. Also the shower hot water in the shower was not hot enough. I stood in the shower trying to warm since it was called in the room, but was not able warm up. The front desk staff seemed like thye didnt wanna be there.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location. Breakfast was also good and inexpensive. Rooftop patio had a nice view.
Noisy at night - especially on the weekend. Close to many restaurants/bars. Plus lots of dog barking and car alarms.

Wonderful
Location was good. Easy to catch a taxi to the old town. Rooms well appointed, bright and clean.
Breakfasts were good quality and selection ample.
Staff pleasant and helpful. Some had limited English but always found a way to help us.

Room spartan but comfortable. Good bed. Very clean, modern. Dinky shower. Breakfast just okay. Rather noisy neighborhood - several brewpubs open late.
The lodging was chosen by a tour company.

Beautiful and simple hotel, cool first floor with art displaces and rooftop to chill and enjoy the view. Room was clean. Breakfast was good enough to get the day going. I love the fresh fruits and hot coffee everyday. There's a food court with plenty of food selections around the corner. Close to Metro and mall. There are also a few nice bars in the area.
I was on the 4th floor, can hear some street noise when the window was opened.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The hotel is with close proximity to many restaurants. Staff is knowledgeable about area, polite and very helpful. Safe neighborhood. Easy ride to airport, i.e., better than if staying in Quito center.

A nicely positioned hotel for all our needs whilst visiting Quito. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was clean and very large with plenty of relaxing seating.
This isn’t a complaint but something to make other travellers aware of…..We did have a bit of a language problem as they could not understand us and unfortunately we don’t speak their language. We booked via booking.com and had a couple of E mail exchanges with the hotel regarding an airport pick up and the responses from them were in perfect English so I was a bit surprised that we had so much trouble during our stay with language.
