Friendly and helpful staff.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. They need a mattress pad that would make it more comfortable than the rock hard mattress you are given to sleep on. Of course, an elevator would help but I realize that is not possible. Breakfast was lacking as selections were very limited.

Fantastic family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated as if we were family for the whole of our visit. We were given lots of information about places to visit in Quito. We had the best breakfasts of our 3 week stay in Ecuador. Lovely accommodation in a perfect location, we would most definitely return if we stayed in Quito again. Thank you fir having us.

The room was much larger than the photos showed. It had a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor garden. The complimentary breakfast was made to order and was delicious. The staff, Francisco, was extremely helpful. We had some concerns about the security in Quito, but Francisco answered all of our questions that put us at ease during our stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast, it was a step above the free breakfast offered by chain hotels. The food was fresh and made to order. The breakfast room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and available to help. Once you walk into the hotel, you are transported to a great experience. Even though our room was on the streetside, our sleep was not disturbed by traffic, which was minimal.
The venue was a good tradeoff between price and location. We used a taxi to get to the old city, which we had expected to do when we booked. If we were staying longer, we would have stayed within a shorter walking distance to the old city.

This is a lovely small hotel, quite charming. Place is very clean, and the service is nothing short of impeccable. Francisco is lovely, he runs the place with so much love and pride. He was very accommodating with my requests, always ready to help and always with a smile.
