I liked everything. It was a beautiful room with a balcony and a great location and the staff the two men who ran it from Venezuela wonderful to me.
No hairdryer oh well I think there was one across the street at the yellow house

We had an excellent experience staying Casa Fosch. The owners, brothers, are extremely nice, kind, and helpful. It is very conveniently located and feels safe and clean. It is not a five start hotel, but was absolutely perfect for our family of five with three young kids. Felt so comfortable there.

The staff at the hotel was incredible. Felt like I was staying with a friend. Excellent breakfast. Walkable to many attractions. Would certainly recommend to anyone traveling to Quito.

We loved the staff--both Eddie and Enrique were fabulous! We enjoyed the breakfast they served every morning. We enjoyed some of the nearby restaurants, and a great book store called El Farol that was just down the street.
Although we didn't have any problems, the area is a bit sketchy. We actually enjoyed our stay in the area, however we also realize that some people might feel uneasy there.

Casa Foch, such a quaint home style accomodation. Included daily breakfast our host Enrico was amazing, offering tips for food and organising transfers when required.
We felt safe and secure.
Only a short walking distance to Plaza Foch which has lots of nightlife and food options.
There is some noise of an evening however it doesn’t go all night.
Hot water is provided all day and on demand of a night time as it can be noisy.
The traditional breakfast includes eggs, toast and fruit with coffee and juice.
The compound is secure and staff available at all hours.

When everything is very good, no need to go into details. Let's just say that a bonus was the fact that two brothers at the reception spoke a very decent English. Which isn't exactly a given in South America, no matter where you are.

The property is beautiful. It’s clean and wonderfully decorated. Enrique was an excellent host very attentive and even wait to say goodbye at 6am!
They sing karaoke down the street but it stops at a reasonable hour.
