I like the spaciousness of the apartment. I liked the view. I like it was quiet most of the time. I like the congenial host. I liked they arranged my transportation to the airport. I like she provided a booklet with highlights of the area. I liked that it wasn't too cold. I liked it had all you needed to cook and all modern appliances.

We chose BlueZone apartments because of its convenient location in Parque Carolina, Quicentro, and the new metro. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a good view of the neighborhood. The small kitchen and dining room were nice additions, providing us with more space than a standard hotel room.
The bathroom needs maintenance as neither the sink nor the bathtub drain properly. The lights in the shower and the bathroom vent did not work. Also, the living room lights did not have light bulbs. We had expected a washer and dryer - there were none though we were offered free laundry service in compensation. Also, the online payment system did not work for our US credit card, requiring us to visit the main office on the day of our departure.

The location was prime. The apartment beatiful. 100% recommended
I couldn't access the spa or pool. Couldn't use the kitchen and was advice by the host not to eventhough it was an included amenities . Don't know why. It need an upgrade the kitchen and bathroom . I will go again YES YES YES !! My objections are minimal and honestly more suggestions.

This was my first time in Quito, Ecuador and staying in this apartment has made it a great experience. I don't know if staying in a hotel would have made a difference. Sometimes it is best to live like a local to experience the city. The location was safe and perfect to stay! Walking distance from many bakeries, restaurants, shops and a park . The apartment with 2 rooms I stayed in was clean, beds comfortable. The service I received from Carmen was also top. Highly recommended apartment and location.

I stayed in on of the BlueZone Apartments for a month, the place was clean, location is the best and safest you can have in Quito, the apartment was fully furnished and equipped (all you need for your stay), the most i’ve liked about the place was the comfy bed and high quality lenin.

I had an apartment in the middle (4. Floor) of a bigger building close to the park Carolina. The apartment was well built with a big living room and kitchen, then there was a beautiful bedroom with a master bathroom.
The building have a swimming pool, sauna, and training facilities for you to use. From the top of the building you get a good view over Quito...
I was supposed to stay in the apartment for 3-4 days, ended up staying for 3 weeks.
This is a hidden gem!
