Wonderful
The hotel was located just a steps away from the Coliseo Rumiñahui, so it was perfect to stay and assist a concert or any event at that place. The staff was very friendly when we arrived. Buffet breakfast time was until 10am, so it was amazing because we didn't need to wake up too early. The hotel was very clean. They left the restaurant open couple of hours after the concert so we can eat and drink something after it. I loved the pizzas and dessert promo!
Even when I booked for a "pay at the property" room and was planning to pay at check-in, the hotel requested my credit card registered at Booking to make the payment early morning. They were very insistent about that and forced me to do the payment or they will cancel my stay. I guess it was because people was requesting a room at that place due to the next day concert.

The location was great for our purpose (visit to EPN) and the room was very spacious. Water pressure and temperature of the shower were enjoyable.
Communication on the hours of the restaurant and breakfast were a bit erratic at first, but that was only an issue during the first evening/night.

Breakfast was good. good selection. nice that it was included. the shower had almost no water pressure and no hot water. I requested a different room but not granted. issue was resolved

The facilities are updated and clean. The staff is kind. The location was perfect since we went to a concert at the theater down the street and were able to walk. The double room was spacious and met our needs. The buffet breakfast was good.
The water in the shower took 20 minutes to heat up. The breakfast was not very fresh on our first morning because we came in at 9:30 and they shut down breakfast at 10 am. The second day was very fresh because we ate at 7 am in order to catch a 7:15 taxi, but the coffee wasn't ready so that was a bummer.

Wasn't bad, but they serve what they call American breakfast on those days that they have no buffet service. They don't ask what you want. They said, if you eat fruits from Buffett they will charge additional.
