Location, steps from metro and ecovia busstop. Good value. Grocery store around the corner. Restaurants and cafés nearby. Even the sink in the bathroom has hot water. Staff are very attentive. Quiet location for Ecuador.
The breakfast room needs some love. The plastic chairs do not match the rest of the hotel.

I stayed here twice and I absolutely loved this place! First of all, the staff is amazing. I met 3 different front desk staff members and all of them were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect - a metro station is 2 minutes away, a grocery store next door and a beautiful park across from the street. The neighborhood is safe and you can easily find plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was small but still good. Always hot water in the shower. I would definitely come back here.

Staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I extended two more days. Breakfast is really good ?. Internet is great when you connect to the right one. Room is very comfortable and the shower rocks. Location across from Alameda park and subway. Grocery farmacey and a cazillion places to eat. I left hotel David to move here. Best decision of my trip thus far. Excellent and the price is very fair. Credit card accepted for a smaller fee than some.
A tiny bit noisy a couple nights. I'm nitpicking here.

Very friendly staff, one block from metro station, excellent breakfast included, quiet room, hot water, good internet. What more can you want? There was even hot water in the bathroom sink, something you never get in a budget hotel in South America. Excellent hotel across the street from a safe park for a nice morning walk.

The staff here were super nice, especially Erika was always very helpful and kind with directions, getting around, making sure everything was ok and just offering great customer service. They’re very responsive on WhatsApp.
They have water downstairs, a communal kitchen (fridge, stovetop, microwave), a good breakfast (sometimes was choice of tortilla and eggs or sandwich with meat and cheese, another day was humitas with scrambled eggs).
Rooms are comfortable with hot water and good water pressure, good WiFi. Location is excellent near the metro and a couple of blocks from centro histórico. There’s a supermarket a minute away and restaurants nearby.
I stayed in 3 different places in Quito and this was head and shoulders above the other two so I ended up returning here.
They said the kitchen had a toaster when it doesn’t, but maybe that was lost in translation.

TV in the rooms is only national channels which are completely unwatchable. There's a TV downstairs with premium channels. From what I have read this is very common in Ecuador though

The guys are just incredible and makes the difference, willingness to help always. The breakfast was really good and delicious everyday ( don’t miss the tortilla de tiesto ) good internet and the bed was comfy, there is a supermarket right next to the hotel, metro station, restaurants,you can use the fridge and the kitchen, totally worth it.

Very close to the metro station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is light but good.
Breakfast ends at 9am which is very early. Most days I haven't been able to make it down and eat in time. I would be better if it went until 10am.
