Excellent staff and the airport pickup was a nice option.
Packs of barking dogs all day and all night disrupting any sleep. Even with earplugs and a sound machine, I could not quiet the incessant barking.

they offered continental breakfast, but you have to pay for it. I recommend to walk around the neighborhood, there are good/cheap restaurants like "El cafe de meche" (really good) or "Anana cafe" (also really good), both like 3 min away
beds were not comfortable :(, and there was no heating in the room.

All of the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is full of character is all the best ways, the doors, the art, the cute balconies. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Quito

The staff is amazing, always willing to help, they even arranged our taxi to airport at 3.50 am. The bed was super comfortable, the room size is perfect for two. The breakfast was delicious.

We had to change room as the sheets hadn't been changed. The second room was missing the shower door for 1 night and 1 shower so it didn't bother us too much.

I loved how close the building was to the subway and to commercial areas. It is so rustic and colorful. My room was neat, and the employees were helpful and serviceable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could always put my questions to them. In the morning, I was able to enjoy a super tasty breakfast to my own liking. The showers were clean. And it was also nicely decorated. You can also easily arrange a taxi through the hostel.
Unfortunately there is no map of the surrounding area.

I really like the building is very classy and comfortable enough it has some open areas like the Patio with a very fast internet connection for remote work

Wow, what value for the cost! This hotel is in a beautiful historic home (partially designed by a German artist, according to the host) and feels like it should cost much more than it does. Beautiful rooms, lovely common spaces, gorgeous old windows, and a claw foot tub! Very safe & secure with extremely friendly 24 hour staff. If we ever go back to Quito, we’ll definitely stay here.
The staff advised us that the neighbourhood isn’t safe at night, which was fine with us cause we just wanted to relax in-house after dinner, but might not suit everyone.
The tub was perfectly clean but definitely in need of reglazing.
