Very Good
Very Clean, nice pillows and hot shower. Enjoyed the kitchenette and walks in the nearby Park La Carolina.
A little difficult to find the place on a side street, and figure out logistics of getting the key and paying for the room. Desk security was helpful in giving instructions.

There is a problem with the name of the building, since nearby is Hotel Finlandia, and apparently there are other buildings with similar name. Careful with the taxi drivers to specify that the building is Finlandia Park.

The location was very convenient to walk to many good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, and the park. We liked that it was on a side street so it was a little quieter, but still convenient and safe. We liked how there were such big windows in the living room and bedroom that brought in lots of natural light. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was great. The kitchen was a great size, had lots of counter space, and had everything we needed for light cooking. The bedroom had great dresser space for clothes and a comfortable bed with warm covers. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower was fantastic. It had good hot water and water pressure.
The closet didn’t have a space to hang dresses, only shorter spaces for shirts / pants.

I did not manage the TV set properly: not sure how to access Netflix for example, since the few local channels had a very poor transmission quality.
