Amenities were great. Loved the heated pool. Great friendly staff. Good value. Place is very clean.
The secondary bathroom in the suite we stayed had some hot water and bathroom spigot issues. Had an induction stove but no directions on how to use it. Also we didn’t know how to switch the tv to English.

Apartment is big and clean. 2 bedroom with two full bathrooms!!! Small but complete kitchen small appliances, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier!!!!! Perfect for our small family reunion.
The pots in the kitchen were new but very delicate and food got stuck to them, also the ventilators in the bathrooms were not working!!!! They should have more options for the breakfast, the included was in the smaller restaurant, food was nice but not a lot of choices. we went to the one that was not included and much much more expensive but it bad more options!!!

location, room and amenities are very good.
100% disappointed with their staff for a major overcharge. And they were not willing to budge and sort it out. I spoke with 2-3 staff about it. I can not recommend this hotel.
