This is the best place I've ever stayed in south and Central America as a budget traveler. Clean rooms, hot water, good bathroom, the owners are so nice..breakfast is good. The property is very nice with a stream next to it and roses and other flowers. Most places besides America, hearing traffic, dogs, la festival, or in Europe the little garbage trucks at 3am, quite rooms are hard to find. This is one of them that is quite and nice. Their are hummingbird in the garden. They told me the best restaurants and set me up with a private tour, for a very reasonable price, to go see the hummingbirds. Truly awesome.

Location was fantastic, near Parque la Carolina. It was surprisingly nice to be near the mall as well and a supermarket.
The room we had was in the front and the front lights of the building made it hard to sleep at night despite the window shades being down. They offered us a new room in the back but unfortunately the area smelled like cigarettes from the back yard. Otherwise they were kind and good value for the price

The staff was incredible. They were so nice and incredibly helpful. The room was very well cleaned and furnished. I even had a walking closet, which I didn't use but was nice to have.
I was scared of getting too cold at night, but the blankets were absolutely perfect and warm.
The shower was great.
And the rooms are perfectly spaced out, so I could barely hear anyone else arriving.
The view was also great! I got to see the beautiful sunrise and woke up.so comfortable and thankful
Had a little inconvenience with the hot water, but it was solved in no time.
The TV was a bit small and dark, and no Netflix was just cable.

It was clean, safe, and it was in a good location for us.
We were unlucky with our room location; it was the first room right next to the front desk. We could hear everything: phone calls from the front desk, doorbell to get in, the door opening etc. Also, the room was very cold.

Convenient location, close to a major mall. Lots of inexpensive meals within walking distance and was easy to get taxis from in front of the hostal. Overall a good stay and good value for the money.
Sometimes the hot water was slow coming, so it took a while to get showered sometimes.

Owners and staff very helpful, lication marvelous, I as a woman traveling alone, felt safe with them all the time! This would be myvhome in Quito next time I come!
The apartment was clean and comfortable, only would be advisable to ventilate it before arrivals because the cold and humid climate can help to creat the smell of closed... everything else, perfect!

Location is great.
I had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get warm water. I barely managed to get to the airplane on time. First time ever that this happened to me. Trully unacceptable.

The location is amazing. It is a few hundred feet from a shopping mall, the Quicentro. There you will find anything from restaurants to large retailers and drugstores. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. And also, the staff and management are very helpful and nice. I will not think twice about staying here in my future trips to Quito!

It is a real very basic place, three flour building with rooms, has just small lobby with someone to open the door for you. The room is huge, bed very confortable with very good covers, warm!! The price is very good for what you receive.
It misses breakfast, although you have lots of places nearby, a mall and small restaurants two blocks away.
