Super clean bedroom with Aircon and TV and bedside table for reading. A very nice terrace. Location was great. Hosts where super attentive and helped me during my stay.
Nothing - Maybe I would put better lightning on the bathroom as the bulbs are white and I prefer yellow light.

The location is close to the main street. The room is decent sized.
Has hot water and air conditioning.
The owner entered my room while I was gone without my consent. Counted my money so went through my personal stuff as well.
Tried to charge me another full room price for having a guest a few hours, when I showed her that on booking.com is only one dollar difference per night she told me her rules are different from booking.com. in the end she tried to not give me my change back even though she said she will a few days before.
It was my most unpleasant experience in over 25 hosts and 6 coutries in South America. I felt like I had little privacy, if I wanted to live with the landlord I would have got a room in an apartment or a house, not a private hostal room.

Couldn’t fault a thing.
Stayed three nights and had a change of sheets.
Never had that happen in other similar accommodation choices!
Even the garden lawn gets special attention.

Location pretty good being at only 5 to 10 mins from the pier and center of the town
Beetles keeper entering the room. However I don't think this is the hotel fault, there was a towel underneath the door but they would still enter. Perhaps this is something inevitable in the Island as there are so many of these beetles at night

Carlos was an amazing host, he helped us to book a boat to Isabela and got up especially early with us to take us to the harbour. We hadn’t accounted for the hour time difference between Santa Cruz and the mainland. What a lovely man. We loved our stay here.

The host was welcoming and helpful.
The room felt a bit like a den as it had no windows to outside apart from the bathroom. The bathroom drain smelled a bit funky.

Great stay! The room was comfortable and clean. And the property was perfectly located. Just a few minutes walk to anywhere in town but far enough from the bustle of the main tourist area. The best part was the amazing hosts! Carlos and Esther were so kind and helpful. It was like staying with my grandparents.
The only issue I found was the WiFi could be spotty. But when it worked it was fast. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.

Very good hostel overall. Room was clean and big, staff is very kind, and location is good. It’s a very good option for the price!
WiFi barely works. It’s not possible to even watch a movie. I also thought it was going to be more hostel life but I saw no one the 2 days I was there (it’s true that I was barely home). For a solo traveler, it’s nice to meet new people.

The owner is an old man and he is sneaking to our room from the window. I didn’t like it at all I am wearing hijab and muslim and he was always checking our room and kitchen and giving orders to always turnoff lights and to lock the door slowly. He once came from window and I was not wearing my Hijab and started talking ! He is acting like he has guests in his house not like a hostel. Zero privacy! He was not happy that we are using the kitchen though its in the common area.

The place was immaculate and very attractive, with quality finishes etc in the room . The rooms were spacious , bright and thoughtfully presented aswell .the couple running it are a delight , very friendly and keen to ensure your needs are meet , but genuinely , and Ester even gave me some curative treatment for my sprained ankle .The breakfast was varied and delicious freshly cooked food , the location quiet yet handy for facilities,etc .A very good find , I felt immediately at ease and happy there .
