This was a great place to stay while in Santa Cruz. The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was wonderful and we got the larger room size which was very helpful while traveling with our toddler. It gave him room to move around and play with his toys. The pool was a good size and looked very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. There also a very small convince/grocery store right next door with a few items such as water and simple snacks.
I knew this before going, but the location isn't the best. There isn't really much of anything near the hotel like restaurants, no views, or stores. The good thing is, taxis are everywhere and the staff can even help call one for you and it's only $2 each way to town and back. The trip only takes 5-7 minutes. This was in no way a deal breaker.

Room was clean, quiet, and big. Bathroom was nice, warm shower. Oscar was amazing, he was available for what we needed, and breakfast was very good.
Kind of in a less developed area but we still felt safe and welcomed the entire time! Not a bad walk to the water.

The staff was wonderful. Helpful, considerate and pleasant in every regard.
My room was spotless and they offered daily attention if I chose. Nice view.
I couldn't have been happier.
Though it was near several small grocery stores, it was a bit far from the center or restaurants. It made my stay peaceful but meals had to be calculated. Taxis anywhere in town are only $2.

This is a very well thought out hotel, the room was spacious and it was fabulous having two bathrooms and two bedrooms for our family of 5. This hotel also had the best shower we encountered in our entire time in Ecuador, hot with great pressure, such a rarity!
We requested a breakfast to go as we had an early start but I dont think the message was passed on to the morning staff, they started to make one in the morning but our taxi arrived, sorry about that! You do need a taxi to and from this hotel.

Love the hotel. Great breakfast. Oscar was the best. Location was a bit out of town and had to take a taxi (only $3) each time but was a nice hotel. Super clean with great air conditioning and hot water showers

Breakfast was good but almost the same thing every day so it was a little monotonous.
The bed was right next to the window which was right next to the walkway everyone uses to get to their rooms in that area.

Room was big, convenient shower, staff is amazing - referred me to a good agency, left packed breakfest for me the day I left for early ferry.
The location is bad - must get a taxi to get to town and there was lots of traffic noise all the time. Bed was not convenient to say the least... worth less than the price they take, I cancelled my second night there for a simpler place right on the beach that cost less than half of this place..

The room was very clean, modern , comfortable, air conditioning, hot water,and a mini fridge! There were filtered water jugs on every floor.
The breakfast was very good and filling - always eggs, juice , fruit and then empanadas one day , pancakes one day, toast, etc.
The staff was excellent - ( Over and Beyond) especially Oscar and Angel. Very professional, kind, answer any questions, help with luggage, call taxis (&1.50 to town), arrange tour to Turtle Reserve, etc.
We both spoke just enough English and Spanish to understand each other. Google translator was not needed. I loved it ! they arranged taxi from airport to hotel which was similar price as finding taxi $30-$35). Taxi man waiting on airport, holding up paper w my name.
The hotel is away from hustle and bustle of town and more relaxing - only $1.50 taxi to town.

Oscar and the hotel staff are super helpful. Arranging taxi on arrival from Baltra island and assisting every day throughout our 4 night stay. We also made use of their laundry service, that was very efficient. The hotel has a pool, spa pool and small gym, with table a tennis table. All good fun. You need a taxi for town but it is only 5 minutes and 2 USD, including tip. Breakfast is great and early enough for most trips. On the day we set off to early we had a breakfast to go provided, great service.
No complaints at all.
