The room was, as the photos had shown, very compact—basically just the bed and nothing else—but it was quite clean and comfortable.
I didn't quite understand the photos, but I thought each room had a terrace like the one in the picture; but it turned out there was only that one terrace for all the rooms.
Although the garage is right next to the hotel, there is no link between the two, so you have to wait for someone to open the separate entry for you and go over the street sidewalk with your luggage.
I think it was an isolated incident, but on the day I left, I found scratches and dents on the rental car I had left in the car park that I hadn’t seen before. I asked to see the security camera footage and it was clear that another guest had manoeuvred badly, causing the damage. Up to that point, I had no complaints about the hotel – in fact, everything was fine, and they even have cameras. However, I was bothered by the fact that the young man who had been assisting me at the front desk that check-out morning — the same one who had shown me the video — appeared in the video himself. He witnessed the guest's poor manoeuvre but didn't mention it to me on the night when it was made! It was as if he had hoped I wouldn't notice and that it would go unnoticed.

The hotel as wi not wifi as it is almost none existent. Cancelled work zoom as impossible. One thing sheet for the bed and thats it. Blind doesnt completely block out the outside so bright yellow light radiates..room bright enough to read lol
Neighbourhood loud. 430 am motor bikes start up and large pack of dogs roaming around (nice doggies so far)

The rooms are clean. It is conveniently located for the airport. It is relatively a new building. Towels and bedsheets were clean.
No hot water in the shower. Minimal attendance at the reception. This is not a 4 star hotel.

The staff in the property is really nice and helpful they called me and help me to install inside my room one hour before the check in. Then they helped me to keep my luggage before going to the airport
I went with my family and my baby of 1.5 so the area to go walking nearby is not too good however nothing bad happened, also Uber and Didi arrive and drop off in the front entrance no problem. The breakfast is light, for a solo traveler I think this is perfect place. But I'm glad about everything in overall

Super clean and perfect room for a few nights. Awesome giant king bed that’s super comfy. It’s located near the malecón for easy walking.
It’s a bit bright at night from the orange street light but other than that perfect.

The room was fine for the price. The staff all friendly and helpful, offering recommendations when asked. Location - right near the Malecón 2000 (boardwalk and park), Simón Bolívar Blvd shopping street, and a station for the AeroVia (cable car ride). Had read about lack of public safety in Guyaquil, but but as a solo-traveling white male (ie obviously a tourist, possible mark) I felt safe walking around during daylight as there were families with kids on the main street and in the park. Note that the safety situation is currently in flux, so do check gov't travel advisories.
The only glitch - very minor - was that the "work room" at the front of the 3d floor was very hot because there was no controller for the air conditioning. Otherwise ++.

I LOVE the bed, perfect size and impeccably clean. The room is small but contains all the necessities for a brief stay. A continental breakfast is included which was quite good considering the price. And a great location to Malecón and the Centre.
The room could definitely use a more comfortable chair.
