The Staff was awesome. Especially, Kevin at the front desk who checked us in.
The walls showed lots of water damage. The shower heads are not made for tall people like myself and wife. You can't close a door around the shower. Not enough lighting or outlets.

The bed was great
Only really hot water in the sink. The cold side was turned off. Has a tub but you can't take a bath since the plug isn't installed. The restaurant was meh.

front desk rude. over charged us on 12/3 still working on getting that worked out. They charged us for 2 nights not one.

Security guard up front was nice, the breakfast was lovely as there were lots of selections
Wish they offered more complimentary water bottles. All the bottles in the room were there for an additional fee.

The facilities were very nice.
The loud music from the bar. It was impossible to get any sleep. We had a 6:00 am flight and wanted to get some sleep before a long travel day. Wyndham Gardens used to be a great place. They have to decide whether they want to be a hotel where people can sleep or a loud discotheque. We will not be back after staying there several times in the past.9

Clean hotel with very good breakfast, free airport shuttle. Just a short taxi ride from the Malecón and some must visit attractions in Guayaquil
