The property was clean and the room comfortable. I arrived late but the guardian was there to open the gate and assist with parking. It is convenient location near the airport. The room was clean and hot water in the shower. They do allow dogs so we stayed near the pool and there was a grassy area to walk our dog. Management was very accommodating. Breakfast is made-to-order. I would highly recommend to stay here! We felt safe and it was a bit like home.

The property feels safe is gated and located in a residential area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Had a confining feel to it and the room was smaller than expected.

Terrific place with consummate professionalism.
A bizarre house alarm in the neighborhood continued each night for 3 consecutive days. It didn’t turn off until the morning. We had to use a portable speaker just to drown it out. Guessing nobody’s home there and police can’t shut it off?

Room was clean. Breakfast decent. Good location to restaurants and shops.
Reserved a ground level suite with kitchenette. Arrived at hotel at confirmed time. Was directed to a tiny room on the second floor with no kitchenette. Staff then told me that no suites were available. Asked for refund of difference and was told that the difference was only $5 per night. That was clearly false and I showed the clerk the difference in the prices on the Booking app. Paid for one night at the correct rate for the tiny room and then transferred to a better hotel. Buyer beware for bait and switch. Very unprofessional conduct.
