Good modern clean hotel. Safe haven with security guards at the entrance. Restaurant for breakfast and evening meal good and well priced. Staff friendly although only one member of staff spoke English. Good location just opposite park with Iguanas and near to Malecon 2000

You have to go though a mall to get to your room. Imagnate at night how scary it is. And they won't let you know in advance. Also traffic is terrible so you hear all the noise. Additional, there is no outside area

Unit and areas very well maintained close to mall and all the tourist area in downtown Guayaquil, the service is excellent very friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant is amazing food, totally recommended!

I had booked a room for 1 night via Booking.com - but decided that wasn't long enough and asked at the reception desk if I could extend that stay to an extra night. I think they had to juggle available rooms - but were able to allocate a room for 2 nights instead of 1. So I'm very grateful to the staff for doing that. The room didn't have a very good view, but the room itself was fine. Breakfast was self service (though eggs were cooked to request) - and there was plenty of choice; fresh fruit, pastries, breads, cereals; juices; yoghurts; tea/coffee; hot food area. The location was an easy walk to the secure riverside walkway.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially Sara who allows us to get the room earlier. Its really good to have a place to rest after an overnight flight. The room is big and spacious. Are r conditioning is strong.

I liked the bed, it was very comfortable and the room was clean. Also the breakfast buffet was spectacular!!! Food in the restaurant was also good!
The hotel is divided into two towers, I was in tower B which meant that I had to cross a shopping center to get to the breakfast room and the reception, this was uncomfortable. But, the worse thing was the staff in the restaurant, as every night my colleague and I were practically ignored. They seemed to be understaffed and to prioritize the tourist group as well as white people. We are from Peru and Nicaragua and did not appreciate not being served with the same speed as the others. Most nights we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a waiter's attention to get the menu, order and pay. We would have gone to other restaurants to have dinner but given that Guayaquil is dangerous now, we had no other option but to put up with this every night.
