Centrally located very good breakfast. Room ver clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.
It was a little odd to check in the reception and in our case walk across a mall to our section of the hotel. We had an early flight so walking through a closed mall to the restaurant was different.

Staff is great. We used it as a stopover on our way to the Galápagos Islands. It is close to the airport. Great Iquana park next door. The town is a little too third-world for me, but the hotel went the extra mile.

Appreciated having the guard at the door and personal attention to safety.
Unfortunate that we couldn't go into the park across the street or explore the area - this was an Equador issue, not the hotel

Loved the proximity to the amazing cathedral and park. Rooms were very modern. Breakfast was included and the food in restaurant was excellent. Appreciated that pets were allowed although a fee was required.
The rooms had a musty smell that seemed to dissipate slightly once we had the fans on and the window opened. Menu prices for dinner was quite high.

Fabulous breakfast. One of the best I’ve had in Latin America helpful bellhop. Although their Shuttle is not free anymore, it is only $7.50 one way and they will arrange it for you and arrive at the airport to make sure that you get in there taxi.

The location in Central Guayaquil, within a small shopping mall and next to “Iguana” Park and the cathedral is convenient. Transport to and from the airport was easy. The rooms and beds are comfortable, although there was a musty odor when we arrived. The AC and time diminished the impact. The breakfast buffet is excellent as are helpful hotel and restaurant staff members. Eating at Pata Gorda across from the park was an added treat. We asked the hotel receptionist for a recommendation for a nearby restaurant where locals like to eat. She gave us a great one despite having a restaurant in the hotel. The food and service at Pata Gorda was wonderful. We did have lunch at the hotel restaurant the next day and it was good, reasonably priced, and convenient.
