The firm bed, the spacious bedroom, the help in getting safe transportation from airport. Very friendlt and helpful customer service which was so important to us as newcomers to Ecuador and Guayaquil.
Bathroom has absolutely no space to put simple items being used ( toothbrush, make up). A little shelf easy to solve this. Also a mirror in bedroom could help. There is a huge amount of space in the bedroom but no place to put clothes. A comfy chair and footrest would add so much value to this large bed room.
Communication system can be improved even for those who speak Spanish fluently.
The breakfast was good but not up to par with those of other cheaper places in Ecuador .

The BEST tourist budget hotel i have ever stayed in. Large room, very clean, Nice kitchen, nice little terrace. Perfectly located for an overnight after the airport.

Big and clean room with aircondition and good beds. 10-15 easy to walk to the airport.
Its a rooftop terrace we used, but im not sure its for the guests or not.
You always have to ring the doorbell to get in and its not always the receptionist is close by. Had to wait sometimes. Would be much more convenient with our own key.

The manager was very helpful in every aspect of my stay. He answered all my questions beforehand, and offered to assist with details of my arrival. He showed a real concern for the comfort and safety of the guests.
I couldn't figure out my air-conditioning unit, to turn it off. I never asked for help, and so unplugged it when it got too cold.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Big delicious breakfast.
Very close to the airport.
There was plenty of hot water in the shower but it was tricky to adjust properly. Be careful. Don't get scalded. Air conditioning worked well. You will need to run it while sleeping to drown out the usual GYE street noises.

The host is excellent. We arrived at this hotel and they had a wifi issue that day so no wifi, but we hadn't checked in or anything for the flight the next day so we really needed wifi. Without hesitation, the host sorted us another hotel from their chain with perfect wifi. Very quick response. They organized a taxi to the new hotel. I couldn't wish for a better attitude in this situation. THANK YOU!

Our host Miranda was very friendly. She sent us a description how to find her place, because there is no big sign at her house.
But it is easy to reach from the airport - we could walk around 15-20min to her place and were save.
The room was nice and very clean. The beds are comfortable. And the shower was great too.
There is also a little kitchen and a fridge/freezer for guests and free drinking water in the lobby.. And cheap food you can buy in a big Shoppingcenter Center (Mol del Sol) - also reachable by walking. We would come again! Thanks a lot.
Just the boy at the reception could smile a bit more :-) and be a bit more talkative. He was more interested in his cellphone...
