Nice rooms. Direct access to the shopping center. Gym okay, good swimming pool to relax. Transport to and from the airport (only 5 minutes).

This is a lovely hotel. I'm a single woman traveling solo, and I felt very secure here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. After checking out of the room, I realized I'd left my cell phone charging in the bedside table, and one of the staff went back up to get it for me.

This was my third time staying at this hotel.
Staff very nice and you can feel that they are doing their best to make you feel comfortable and to enjoy your stay.
Connexion to the shopping mall is just perfect and makes many things so much easier, considering the external factors that may have a negative effect from the security point of view.
Will definitely keep this hotel as one of my main options when visiting this city.
Nothing negative to mention from this hotel, its staff, nor the different services they provide.
Everything was just right as needed and expected.
The staff attention, lobby, restaurant, and mostly in the meeting rooms area was really outstanding.

Location is good
Events are being held at the hotel and the noise coming out from these are clearly loud inside the rooms even on the seventh floor. I would not recommend to stay here unless you are there for one of these events.

Karla at the front desk was so helpful and professional. The beds were very comfortable too. The hotel has its own access to the Mall del Sol, which was super convenient.
The continental breakfast could have offered a cold beverage, but overall the food was great.

Great location very close to airport for a stopover for 1 night. The free shuttle service was great we just had to give our flight details for pickup. On our way back to airport they arranged a taxi for free assume the shuttle wasnt going then. Great service! Buffet breakfast was amazing so many choices. Room was big and comfortable and felt very safe in Guayaquil at this hotel. Also had security outside all hours and key access everywhere felt very safe. Connected to a mall as well so we didnt even leave the mall/hotel for our 1 night stay. Great price for the place
The air con in the room is inducted so was only an issue when sleeping it would constantly turn on and off automatically but was fine for a night.
