I loved the staff. They were all great. I loved the blackouts in the room and the bed was probably one of the.most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel especially in Ecuador. I loved the shower. The loved the care the staff gave me.

Comfortable and quiet room, very good bed and a great night of rest. Clean, modern facilities and practical details like the in-room coffee machine and takeaway cups. Staff was helpful with requests, and check-out was fast and smooth.
Arrival was a bit confusing due to two buildings with the same Radisson signage. Check-in was slow because there was only one person at the front desk while other guests took a long time.

Really great service providing airport shuttles to and from the airport even very late and very early in the morning. Was organized and waiting for us perfectly.

Breakfast was lame. Receptionist was exceptional - kind, helpful, courteous and extremely professional. The hotel should be proud of her.
We appreciated the airport shuttle. The rooms was clean and comfortable, although the air-conditioned is very old and a bit noisy.
Breakfast was disappointing.
