I landed at 2am. Someone was there to pick me up from the airport and take me straight to the hotel. I slept for 5 hours and was back at the airport at 7am for my flight to the Galapagos. This was the perfect location for a very short stay.

Spacious apartment. Not just a room, but a very beautiful, clean mini apartment complete with kitchen, sofa, extremely comfortable giant bed to sleep on. Beautiful and extremely clean bathroom with ample towels at your disposal and a big spacious terrace to just hangout and relax while you view the city.

Great price, good sized apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Host was friendly and responsive when I messaged him about an issue (that I caused accidentally). The AC was great. Short walk to airport if you don't have much luggage (take the footpath bridge).
The area is empty, industrial and a bit dirty. I communicated with the host on Whats App in Spanish. I let him know that I was leaving the airport on foot, but when I arrived at the address there was a big closed gate with no obvious place to knock and no sign. I didn't have mobile data so I waited outside by myself for about 20 minutes, and someone only came to the gate when I had banged on it and yelled out several times. I did not feel comfortable waiting alone on that street so would not recommend this place if you don't have mobile data to message the host. I could also hear noise from neighbours pretty loudly, construction noises and TV. But during the night it was quiet enough to sleep fine.

High floor, with narrow stairway and no lift. Hard time carting luggages up the staird. The host is very helpful and help in bringing the luggages up and down the unit.

Very convenient walk to the Airport - 10 minute walk. Jose shared with us the best route to walk to the airport. We have stayed in the neighborhood previously and knew of several restaurants close by within 10 blocks walking distance.

Very close to the airport and terminal terrestre. Very clean and HUGE! Beverages and snacks are available and same price as in store. Just need to leave the money on the table when you leave. Great quality/price!

Host was great. Got in late and he met us at the door. Apartment was very cute and clean. Very close to Guayaquil airport. Only passing thru and stayed one night buy would stay again!
