Breakfast not good, soulless rooms, swimming pool steps broken, showers very weak, no hot water, restaurant staff disinterested.

The guy at the front desk had bad attitude … he tried to tell me I had not booking and I showed him and almost rejected… after some minutes he said oh I found it but his attitude was terrible

They had elevators. I am a below the knee amputee and stairs are difficult for me. There breakfast buffet is as good as others have said.

We liked that The room was comfortable and clean .
Breakfast was alright. More variety of fruit might have been better . The Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you! We will most likely stay at a different hotel next time to experience other options,
