Exceptional
I am not sure why the ratings are so bad because I had a pleasant stay. Ivan at the reception was very helpful and nice, he helped me find a room to check in early because I had a problem with one of my feet. The room I had was on the 7th floor, hot water in the shower was working, had fresh towels, TV and Aircon. The hotel is also very good located, around the middle of the Malecn and 3 minutes away from the Museum of Guayaquil. Thank you very much, I'll come back!

The cleaning staff is the only good thing about the hotel they clean and leave the room spotless
The ac didnt work elvator work at times and didnt for a long time got stuck on a floor had to walk down 4 flights. One of the front door men was rude i had a friend come to visit me and was told she had to pay cause she came up to my room to wait for me to get ready i was ask to pay $ 10.00 dollers extra at the end of my stay cause of my friend coming to wait for me. Bad location

Air conditioning worked well, shower was hot and strong. Breakfast good..eggs fresh bun, fruit, coffee, and juice.

It is just a basic hotel room but we love the location and the fact that it has an elevator. Our favorite Chinese restaurant Chau Dong is right across the street. Good food and good prices. It is a great place for people on a budget. It is also a good place to bring our little dog with areas nearby to relieve herself. Always remember to clean up after your pet and be a good visitor. We always stay here in Guayaquil when we arrive and go home to the US.
Looks run down. Rooms by parking area can get noisy sometimes.
