This hotel is a very short, safe walk from the airport and a half block from the Alianza van service to Cuenca. You fly into the airport, walk through the parking lot (security guards are there) cross the pedestrian bridge, turn right and there's a large convenience store and grocery store if you need anything, then turn left and the hotel is right there (use a google map and you'll see). If you are coming into town on Alianza or leaving with them, this is a super convenient hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, cheaper than the Holiday Inn. No need for a taxi to/from the airport, it is literally 100 yards from the airport parking lot.

This place was clean as can be. It's a little worn down in a few tiny spots, but the cleanliness more than makes up for that. The bed was comfortable, with nice sheets and lots of pillows. The shower was just fine, with soap and shampoo provided. You can tell the staff cares about doing a good job. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine, and dinner was quite good as well. It is very easy to walk with a big roller-bag just a few hundred yards up over a footbridge into the airport. I will most likely stay here again if I ever have a flight out of GYE.

Frequent int. traveler and never have I been treated worse than here at this hotel. I rarely write bad reviews but this place deserves it. The reviews on Google are almost all 2-5 years old. Anything newer basically says the same thing I am. Very poor management with no morals/values. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. .......book somewhere else
You guys should have gave me the refund. That was absolutely bad behavior by the management. Just screwing people out of money. I am making sure anyone who flys into Guayaquil knows to not stay here. That's how bad of an experience you gave me

Nothing in the hotel, I like only because it is close to the airline.
This hotel does not know how to treat its costumers, it charges them for unused merchandise, they treat the costumers very badly and the manager does not want to talk to the clients to be able to fix the problem that has happened, I would never return to that hotel, maybe if the staff changes I would return .

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the airport.
We had $80 go missing from our hotel room while we were on the town boardwalk. Unfortunately, we only found out at the airport, so there was nothing we could do about it. The equipment is old, the staff reluctant. I do not recommend.

The position near the airport, the bed was comfortable and I liked the pillow.
The staff was friendly
The curtain was broken, we had to ask for a double set of bath clothes.
The meal at the restaurant was poor.
The sink was leaking
