The only good thing about this hotel is its location near the airport. A 5–7 minute walk, and you’re already at the check-in counter without needing to call a taxi. Just cross the bridge over the road, walk through the gate, and that’s it—you’re in the airport. There are no other advantages to this hotel.
There are more than enough downsides here. The biggest one is the bus stop right outside the hotel windows. The buses rumble and make noise until late at night. I was trying to fall asleep at 11 PM, and they were still idling with their engines on. If you get a room on the lower floor, be prepared to breathe in exhaust fumes—not exactly a pleasant experience.
There’s also no hot water. At all. No air conditioning, so the room is quite stuffy and hot. The beds are old and small. I’m 186 cm tall, and I couldn’t even fit properly. Sure, it’s a cheap hotel, but honestly, just pay a few extra dollars and stay somewhere more decent and comfortable—unless you absolutely need to be at the airport early in the morning or in the middle of the night.

Location. Best layover flight hostel I've been to. Lots of restaurants in the area that open early for breakfast before a flight. 5 minute walk to the airport.

This place is just wasting of money if you have just a night before early flight, better you sleep in the airport , we had a room without a window in the low floor, of course they have a power cut at night, no aircon , so hot, nightmare , plus you actually hear every person came up and down ,walking,talking,everything, we had a terrible night,such airport is literally crossing the road,at 1 am we thought to just go there, to have little rest . To expencive for what they offer. Not recommended .

Convenient location for airport.
I chose this posada because it offered an airport shuttle however although I asked for this and sent many messages it did not happen. All my messages went unanswered until I said how worried I was by lack of any response then I got a reply but it didn't answer my messages. Without this communication issue I would have scored the accommodation much higher.

This hotel was great for our stop over at Guayaquil airport. It is very close to the airport footbridge. We arrived at 2am so we got a $5 taxi to the hotel but the following morning we walked in the daylight back to the airport. It has basic rooms but for the price it was perfect for our stopover so that we could get some sleep before our next flight. It has working aircon, hot showers and a 24-hour front desk. When we asked if we could purchase some water, they even gave us two bottles for free. Staff were great.
For the price and proximity to the airport, there was nothing we didn't really like. They are simple rooms, so I would say they're best suited to an airport stopover rather than a long stay.

Noisey at night aside from the nearby bus station. People shouting in the hallways at 11pm for almost and hour. It seemed nobody told them to stop.

Had towels and soap and air conditioner that worked well… had a little dresser that served as a table ..shelves to place our stuff…they gave us a complimentary bottle of water and spoons so we could eat the food we had purchased on our way to Guayaquil. Close to airport so not afraid some transportación conflict would cause us to miss our flight
Cold shower…no chairs to sit on but truly not much space to add chairs…Was noisy with music but understandable due to holiday.
